The Paramount has only been open for a few days and is already making a statement with delicious food made from scratch. Some highlights and recommendations from friends include the breakfast burrito (serves 3-4), banana bread french toast, and the biscuits and gravy.
Along with breakfast, The Paramount serves lunch. Make your own grilled cheese sandwich from a selection of toppings and delicious fresh bread. I had the best Reuben in Steamboat there this weekend. Hours still vary depending on how the Apres Ski works out.
